Hidden serve

Hello, I know that hiding serves is illegal but sometimes players do that even at higher levels. How umpire can see if serve is hidden or not from his angle? Many top players contact the ball very close to the body and very fast so it’s hard to tell if it’s against the ITTF rules.

Some times, it’s up to the players to call it out.
