Here’s what to look for during today’s slate:

New York Liberty at Connecticut Sun
7 p.m., Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncasville, Conn.

Line: Sun (-9.5)
Money line: Sun (-475), Liberty (+360)
Total: 161 points
BPI Win%: Sun (84.1%)

Ruled Out: Rebecca Allen

Fantasy Need to Know: The Sun look to bounce back after recording their lowest scoring output of the season on Sunday against the Mystics. Connecticut made just 36.7% of their shots and committed 17 turnovers. However, Jonquel Jones continues to dominate on the court. She has 13 career games with 15 points and 15 rebounds, tied for the sixth-most in league history. Jones has averaged 15.1 PPG and 9.4 RPG this season and the Sun rank second in the WNBA in offensive rating (107.1) and fourth in defensive rating (96.6).

Sabrina Ionescu scored 25 points in the Liberty’s first game against the Sun on May 7, but was limited to two points in the rematch just ten days later. She has averaged 16.7 PPG and 6.1 APG this season.

Jones and DeWanna Bonner remain a must-start options for fantasy managers. Jones has averaged 36.5 fantasy points and Bonner has averaged 15.0 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 2.9 APG, and 1.6 SPG over the past eight games. Courtney Williams, Alyssa Thomas, and Brionna Jones have all averaged over 20 fantasy points per game this season while playing significant minutes. Natisha Hiedeman (88.2% available) has seen a uptick in her playing time after Jasmine Thomas was ruled out for the season. She has averaged 17 fantasy points over her past five games and projects as a quality streamer.

For the Liberty, Ionescu and Natasha Howard are must-start players. Ionescu had her sixth career game with at least 10 points and 10 assists last Sunday, while Howard has averaged 32 fantasy points over the last four games. Betnijah Laney will likely be sidelined for another month or so and Rebecca Allen will miss her third consecutive game with concussion symptoms. This opens up opportunities for multiple players on the Liberty including Han Xu (76.2% available), Stefanie Dolson (79.6% available) and Marine Johannes (87.8% available). Johannes has specifically stepped up recently tallying 23 points, four assists, three rebounds and one steal in Sunday’s loss to the Storm. — Eric Moody

Best bet: Liberty +9.5

The Liberty have been playing much better in recent weeks with New York 4-1 ATS over the past five games. — Moody
